We are located off 64E near Sapphire Post Office Road.
Payment Methods Accepted
Personal checks and credit cards accepted.
Lease agreement & final payment are due no later than 30 days
prior to arrival.
Deposits
$300.00 refundable deposit. If you should cancel your reservation
within one week of your arrival date the deposit is kept
by owner.
Cancellation
& Return Policy
One week rental requires a one week cancellation period.
All funds will be refunded except a $50.00 administration
fee. Rental agreement will reflect cancellation periods.
Fees
& Taxes
There is a 10.75% NC State and County Occupancy Tax on all rentals.
